Build Your Bond (Hand in Hand Parenting)

This practical, evidence-informed 3 session workshop from the Hand in Hand Parenting approach introduces simple tools that support a stronger bond between parent and child and help everyday interactions feel more manageable.

In this three week workshop, you will:

• Learn practical strategies that strengthen connection and cooperation
• Learn how to support your child’s confidence and self-esteem
• Learn how to respond to big feelings
• Understand the basic brain science behind why these tools are effective
• Share experiences, challenges and successes with other parents in a supportive space
• Explore a realistic self-care tool designed to reduce stress and support your wellbeing

This session is suitable for parents and carers of children aged 0-18 and focuses on providing a judgement-free space, and offering approaches that are flexible, compassionate and achievable.

Creche is available through Fremantle Leisure Centre against a small fee. Please book creche through the Leisure Centre.
