Learn about child development, and finding ways to support your own needs as a parent, helps you to bring up great kids.
This workshop series encourages parents to become more reflective and mindful in their parenting approach such as understanding parenting styles, brain development in children, communication skills and how to find support.
Each week we’ll meet on a Friday from 9.30am-11.30am at Fremantle Women’s Health Centre starting Friday 14th October 2022. This workshop is designed for parents of children from 3 to 12 years.
NOTE: This session is for adults only to attend.
