This evidence informed talk will provide parents of tweens and teens with information and practical tips for setting limits around screen use. Grounded in research and hands-on experience, parents will learn how to maximise the benefits of technology while reducing the negative impacts too much screen time can have on tweens and teens, along with ideas on balancing virtual and real life.
