ISOLATING,LONELY, CHALLENGING, EXHAUSTING & YOU CAN FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE LOST YOUR IDENTITY.
It is so important that we have a support group of other mum around us that we can connect to. Connecting with other mums can help you to not feel so isolated and know that any of the challenges and emotions you may be feeling are most likely completely NORMAL!
My walking group is hosted by me and designed to help mums not only move their body in a gentle way but experience the powerful benefits which walking & talking can have on our physical and mental wellbeing.
Come and join us with your little ones and leave the walk feeling energised, calm, postive mood and feeling heard!
*Please note – MINIMUM of 10 people needed for group to take place*
