Delivered in partnership with Meerilinga Parenting North, the Royal Life Saving Society educated parents in their Heart Beat Club two hour First Aid training course. Held at Meerilinga Children and Family Centre Beechboro, the course is designed specifically for parents which covers resuscitation including first aid for common childhood injuries, choking, poisoning and burns.
Meerilinga Parenting were very impressed with the number of parents in attendance and judging by the comments, the parents found it to be a valuable course.
