On Tuesday 28 March, the Royal Life Saving Society WA gave a free Heat Beat First Aid course to interested community members at Meerilinga Beechboro.

The three hour course covered all manors of injury. From burns, poisoning and choking, to drowning and CPR. Learning essential life-saving skills to offer first-aid to a baby, child, friend, family member or even a stranger, the ladies will not be forgetting DRS ABCD in a hurry! (If you don’t know what that acronym stands for – maybe you should sign up for the next course!)
