Ballajura Early Learning Program
OPEN DAY
WEDNESDAY 13 NOVEMBER 4.30PM – 5.30PM
Looking for the best quality start for your child? Join the community at Meerilinga Ballajura and enjoy the benefits of our local Early Learning Programs. Our team of experienced Early Childhood Educators are on hand to guide your child through their first crucial stages of development and prepare them for school.
The play-based ethos in all of Meerilinga’s programs encourages our children to wonder, ask questions and explore the world around them in a safe and interactive environment. At Ballajura, our setting includes a giant nature-based outdoor play area alongside large undercover and indoor spaces, all designed to help your child play with purpose.
We closely follow ACECQA’s vision of ‘Belonging, Being and Becoming’ and use the Early Years Learning Framework to structure our Playgroup and Early Learning Program, helping your child to learn social skills alongside academic understanding. As a not-for-profit, the wellbeing and rights of your child are at the core of everything that we do together with our partners, which include The City of Swan.
Find us nestled beside the local Library and Community Centre and ask one of our experienced staff about our free trial day!
Playgroups
No child is too young for a Meerilinga Playgroup! All children from birth to five years love new experiences and can benefit from developing sensory, social and communication skills through our playgroup activities.
Even better, Meerilinga Playgroups are designed to involve and connect parents and families, with caregivers attending alongside their children and retaining responsibility for their wellbeing during each session.
Including at least three families at a time, your local Centre’s Playgroup goes on at least once a week and coincides with the School Term, the dates of which can be found on the Department of Education website.
