Bullsbrook Early Learning Program
Connecting Families in Bullsbrook is working in collaboration with local families with children and organisations to provide networks and links to services in our community that are tailored to family’s needs.
As well as a Monday Playgroup, we also offer free weekly Play and Connect groups and a Junior Hangout service throughout the School Term.
“I love being able to go to playgroup with my 1-year-old son. The environment is warm and welcoming and there is always a good laugh with the parents, and it turns into a really nice close-knit community with the families that attend. I also love that Meerilinga caters their play stations to all ages for children from infant sensory start play through to building blocks, play dough and paint/decorating for the older kids who attend.” (Bullsbrook Connect parent)
Bullsbrook's Totem: Djidi djidi
Cheeky, bold, fierce and persistent are all words that come to mind with the Djidi djidi! This small bird is a messenger that connects people and was chosen as Meerilinga Bullsbrook’s totem as the goal of this Service is to connect our community.
This totem was designed in consultation with local Elders and the forms part of Meerilinga’s journey towards reconciliation. Thank you to Whadjuk Artist Ms Julianne Wade for creating the artwork.
Bullsbrook Playgroups
Connect with other parents in your local area as your child plays in a relaxed and friendly environment.
We have three Playgroups in and around the Bullsbrook Area. View our Term Schedule to find the most convenient Playgroup for you!

- Dates: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday during School Term
- Session Fee: Free
Junior Hangout
This 8 week Junior program is delivered in partnership with City of Swan. It offers an opportunity for children to ‘hang out’ with their friends after School in a structured and supervised environment.
- Ages: 9-11 years
- Location: Bullseye Youth Centre
- Days: Wednesday during School Term
- Times: 3:30pm - 5:30pm during School Term
- Session Fee: Free
