Mother-Baby Nurture

Mother-Baby Nurture® is a 10-week group designed to support you and your infant (0-6 months) through the early days of parenting as you get to know and respond to each other. It’s a safe, supportive and confidential space for you to share your experiences.
Mother-Baby Nurture offers a gentle pace where you can simply ‘be’ with your new baby: to listen to your infant, to your own self, and to the lived experiences of other mothers.

Sing, Play & Connect

Sing, Play & Connect offers weekly outdoor play sessions focusing on early literacy practices, nature craft, and the power of play.
Sing, Play & Connect provides parents with vital support and resources to facilitate more connection with their children. Informed by research around early literacy practices, neuroscience and the potential of play to support family wellbeing.

Sunflower Group

Sunflower Group offers mothers and their children aged birth to 3 years a safe, supportive and inclusive space where they can be empowered to co-design a learning environment that meets their needs, particularly where they may experience barriers to accessing more formal support. The group is founded on trauma-sensitive practices, and offers a culturally responsive and aware environment, and works collaboratively with other agencies to support effective referral processes.

A ‘bibliotherapy’ and art focus each week provides rich fodder for discussion around relationships, play, connection, family rituals and mindfulness.
