Tears and Tantrums

For parents and carers of children aged 1 to 12 years old (2 hours).
This workshop is based on the Hand in Hand approach, designed to help you build a stronger, more connected relationship with your child. During the session, we will explore what lies beneath challenging behaviours and tantrums, helping you better understand your child’s emotions and needs. You will also learn practical, supportive tools to remain calmer and respond to big feelings with confidence.
